Brett and Keli Shreck and their four children Kassidy, Natalie, Benjamin and Nicholas moved to Rwanda in Feb 2010. Brett is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian and ran his own business as a real estate broker before joining the ROC team. Keli is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Health and Science Center. She is a physical therapist and homeschooled their daughters before moving to Rwanda.

Both Brett and Keli have done short-term mission work in Eastern Europe and knew they would like to do longer term missions someday. Their two sons were adopted from Rwanda in 2007 and the people of Rwanda and the work ROC was doing captured their hearts. When the call came for more workers to join the ROC team the Shrecks knew this is where God wanted them to be.
